Luxury Vinyl Tiles (mainly Amtico & Karndean) are a luxurious floor covering and look fabulous when first laid but as with all other forms of flooring they need regular maintenance to keep them looking at their best.

AaP Floorcare is your local expert in deep cleaning, stripping old sealers, and re-sealing in a selection of finishes to satisfy your requirements. We use top-quality industrial mechanical equipment to give far better results than any householder could achieve with shop-bought products, and scrubbing away at your floors with nothing more than a mop and bucket.

Our sealers and polishes are professional grade and of the highest quality in Matt, Silk, or High Gloss finishes to ensure you get the exact finish you desire. We can even burnish existing or newly sealed floors with an Ultra High-Speed Burnishing Machine to get the results that many of our competitors can't achieve.

After Amtico or Karndean floor polishing, we can then tailor a maintenance program for you so that your Amtico and Karndean floors look great forever.

Floors are cleaned and mechanically stripped of the original seal.

A new seal (minimum 2 coats) is then applied followed by a top coat finish of your choice,  Matt, Satin or High gloss.
